Few universities in the world offer the extraordinary range and diversity that students enjoy at UCLA. Situated in Los Angeles, the campus is a dynamic microcosm of the world, and the UCLA School of the Arts and Architecture (UCLA Arts) plays a vital role in the cultural and artistic life of the campus and the community.
Our summer institutes and special programs bring to you the richness of UCLA’s commitment to performing and visuals arts.
Intensive Academic Format: All credit-bearing summer institutes and special programs are developed from courses that are already part of UCLA’s regular curriculum. Upon completion, your UCLA transcript will list the specific courses with grades. Students from other University of California campuses attending these programs benefit from automatic transfer of their UC transcript.
